It works well on my phone and laptop, I guess, so I can’t totally complain. But on my older smart TV it keeps freezing or just won’t load at all, which gets frustrating quick. It’s okay when it works, but I’m not really convinced it’s reliable across all devices.

I’ve been using acltv.com for a bit now, and it’s been solid. The app doesn’t randomly crash, the streams open without much fuss, and it hasn’t frozen up like a few others I tried before. Small win for me was being able to actually sit through a whole game without restarting anything. It’s simple, but it works, and that’s all I really needed.

They did end up fixing my issue, so that was good. It just took a while, and some of the replies were kind of confusing... like I had to read them twice to figure out what they meant. Not terrible, but not exactly smooth either.

So... I check back often, but new stuff doesn’t seem to show up very quickly. The site itself is fine, it just feels a little stale most weeks.

I mainly just want my streams to work without cutting out, and Austin City Limits has been solid so far. The channels load quickly, and I haven’t run into much buffering, even in the evenings. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The sports coverage is solid overall. I’ll get excited when they’re on top of the big games and updates, then a little frustrated if something feels missing or late, but most of the time I’m happy with what I get. It’s been a good experience overall

I trusted my instinct and gave it a try, the VOD library has been a good choice. There’s a big selection of stuff to watch later, and it’s really easy to find what I’m in the mood for.

The site was really easy to get around. Smooth. The pages loaded quickly, and I found what I needed without having to click all over the place. The layout was clean too, which I appreciated. Nice. Overall, it was just a solid, hassle-free experience.

The pricing felt confusing. It looked one way at first, but then extra fees kept popping up, which was really annoying.

Most days it works fine and I’m happy enough with it, but then right in the middle of a match it starts buffering and I go from relaxed to completely annoyed in seconds. It’s not terrible overall, and I do still use it, but for the price I just wish it felt more stable.

In my experience, support took longer to get back to me than I expected. The response did help somewhat once it came through, but the wait made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t terrible, but I personally think their customer support could be a lot quicker

The shows usually start right when it says they will, and I haven’t run into missing channels or anything weird so far. It just makes finding what to watch a lot easier and way less frustrating.

The picture looks kind of blurry on most channels. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that doesn’t look very clear.

I’ve been using Austin City Limits for a couple of months now, it’s been solid for what I need. It’s not the cheapest subscription out there, but since I watch it regularly, it feels like I’m getting my money’s worth.
Most of the shows load without any issues, and there’s enough on there that I don’t really run out of things to watch. I also kind of like that there isn’t a bunch of extra stuff I’m paying for but never using. There’s just something about it that feels simple in a good way.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is the occasional buffering. It’s not constant or anything, but it does happen here and there. Still, overall I’d say it’s a good value if you actually use it often...

I tried the trial on Austin City Limits and overall it was good. The setup was a little confusing at first, but once I got through that, it worked fine. The picture was clear and most channels loaded fast. I did notice a couple of small freezes in the evening, but nothing that really bothered me. Support got back to me the same day too. I’d give it 4 stars. It’s a useful service, I just think the trial details could be explained a bit more clearly.

It has a few channels I like, but not all the ones I was hoping for. It’s fine.

I tried paying on acltv.com and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The page was really slow, and then it looked like my payment didn’t go through, but my bank still showed it as pending. Of course this happened right when I was short on time, which made it even more annoying. I had to come back later and check if everything actually worked. It did go through in the end, but the whole payment process made me nervous.

I got it renewed in the end, but it took a bit longer than I expected and was kinda confusing along the way.

I signed up for Austin City Limits thinking my account would be ready quickly, but it ended up taking WAY longer than I expected. I kept refreshing my email and checking spam, and for a while there was just nothing.

It did finally activate, so at least it worked in the end, but the waiting part was annoying. Support was okay, not terrible, but definitely not fast either. Could be MUCH better...
